They left quite a few areas of “polish” that were not cleaned off the doors. At first I thought they were scratches but when I rubbed them with a clean cloth a bit, they came off. Wish it was cleaned up a little more, seems like they were in a hurry. Otherwise, staff was very friendly and efficient and I was glad my pick up was ready tonight

I know for a fact that my rear bumper wasn't punctured about an inch long when I turned it in. I did get a quote for the bumper that was for scratches that were minut... Not for a punctured bumper. Hopefully this gets cleared up, I really enjoyed the work A&D did. Really good at keeping me updated on the status of my car, how the project they did turned out so well! Just wondering if they can fix the problem. They do have really good customer service!
