My experience was great from the start. Jamie arranged to have my expedition's tail light cover temporarily fixed so I wouldn't have to rent a car to go on vacation. Then he arranged to have a loaner explorer for me to drive when i dropped off my expedition. With my driveway being a large steep hill, that was greatly appreciated.
The online updates were very informative and interesting to see pictures of the progression. Thanks for an awesome experience!
