When setting it up, I asked if I could be dropped off and picked up from work, he said, “I think it will just be easier to get you a rental for the day”. He never told me I would have to pay for it if my insurance doesn’t cover it. I would have appreciated knowing it in advance. Other than that, they did beautiful work

They kept me informed and up-to-date at all steps of the process, and were very patient in answering any questions that I had. They were also very helpful with related aspects of the process, such as helping me with a loaner vehicle and dealing with the insurance company. I asked the insurance company if I could have my vehicle repaired at Pfeiffer, and I'm so glad I did.
