After someone hitting my wife in a parking lot I called Pfeiffer collision center after hearing so many good thing about them from my co-workers, my advisor was Rob he explained how their process worked and went over and Beyond for myself and my wife from arranging an enterprise car to keeping us updated on the status of the work that was being done, when it was all completed me and my wife arrived there and we were greater by a kind gentleman named Jered he went over the repairs and we inspected our Jeep and it was perfect, hands down one of the best facilities and staff I've ever worked with thank you Rob and Jered for the great work. My car was in your shop from Wednesday
after the accident til 3 pm Friday. And when
I picked it up the repair was INCOMPLETE.
I am disappointed that someone wasn't sent
wherever the missing part was located to
pick it up such that the car would have been
repaired 100% in one visit. Excuses do not
make for happy Lincoln owners. Even FedX
offers overnight shipping.
This service was totally unlike the last time I
was a customer of your repair center; sadly.
