I was very satisfied with the repair job completed by Faith Collision. I can't say that my satisfaction was 100% because the work was not completed within the time frame given to me. I chose to pay for the repair myself....including the expense of a rental car. I was not being reimbursed by my insurance company. The delay in getting my car back was not only an inconvenience but it also caused me the extra expense of extending my car rental contract.

Overall, great experience with Rob and Michelle customer service. I noticed additional scratches on the truck (passenger side) that previously was not there. Also, a couple items still need to be completed and hoping no issues with it later on.
