Yes, having my payment reduced was very appreciated and I’m hopeful that the changes of staff I have been told about several times prevent the outrageous repair times. Nothing can be done to change that I was initially told through the text updates I should expect a 45 day repair, my insurance was told it was a 17 day repair, and in the end I waiting 69 days with getting my insurance involved. On January 4 I was given a phone update saying my vehicle had been taken to paint and what was still needed to be done which included a visit to the dealership. I picked up on January 17. If the repair was a 17 day repair to start out with then it couldn’t have been started much before the beginning of this year and my guess is that it was closer to December 29 as that was my initial pick up date for the vehicle dropped off on November 9. Thankfully, since there were delays I still received several “on time” updates and it wasn’t until 7:01am on December 29 that I was told of any delays. Like I said, hopefully staff changes help but there is very little that is acceptable about the way the repairs were handled. The staff I interacted with were all very pleasant and friendly.

The bodywork was great, the only thing is I wish they would have put a cover on my steering wheel. Its light beige leather, whomever drove it left dirty black hand prints all over my steering wheel...yuck
