My tail lights weren’t fixed. They are still not coming on! My lights worked before my collision, so this repair was suppose to be included. The guy even wrote on my car with marker when I first turned it in, “Back lights not working”. Should I send my car back? It’s VERY dangerous for me to ride across town at night! I have to drive with my flashers on for people to see me in the back....

I picked up my car on Wednesday after having the fuel tank replaced. I filled up with gas on Thursday and it started leaking. I contacted Cubbage at 9AM on Friday... Now 5 hours later I'm still waiting for a tow and a rental to fix the work that was done through my Geico claim.

Took longer than what we have previously talked about. Car was dirty from the inside, and everything was everywhere. I don’t understand why would that be if the repair was made outside. Lastly, one of the rear window wasn’t done all the way.

The service met my needs-there were a few areas where it was still visible where the hail damage was repaired, but it was insignificant. Overall the main repairs were done with good results. There was a bit left to be desired regarding providing excellent service. When I arrived to pick up my car the first time I realized that one of the two claims was not addressed. There was obvious damage to the rear bumper. The person at the desk stated that she asked several times of the adjuster if he’d spoken to customer about the bumper. My husband spoke to your employees several times and NO ONE -Including Geico, mentioned the bumper. My husbands concerns that he discussed revolves around how the bumper would be repaired (replaces or fixed) and again no one mentioned that the geico adjuster stated that it wasn’t included in the claim. So I obtained Child care and drive all the way from Katy to arrive in time to get the car, and was sent away having to leave my car for an additional weekend and picked up Tuesday when I had to be late for work in katy to get the kids to daycare in Copperfield the. Drive to The location and get to Katy! Very much an inconvenience that communication (simply asking About our bumper during one of the many conversations with my husband) could have relieved. Otherwise, I’m good with the service received. The owner did apologize and was able to get my window tinted for only 35$ which he said was passing the cost rate they receive for the service. So, we appreciate getting that done in one stop. All in all, I was pleased. Would likely try to locate service closer to home or work next time yhough
