I was happy to find a repair center that i did not have to drive down town Houston to find. I am impressed with the job that was done.I will have to bring my auto back due to there was some spillage of whit paint on the hood of my CRV, and my auto color is ****.

Cubbage collision did a great job on my 2015 Chevrolet Malibu. They texted me updates everyday it was there which helped ease my mind and it was ready on the day they said it would be. The lady that works the front desk is very nice. It was just a all around great place to have fix my car. I will refer any friends in need of a body shop. Also if I'm ever in need again Cubbage is my choice.

I was not satisfied with my experience having my vehicle reparied at Cubbage Collision. When I recieved my vehile back it was very dirty like someone had been driving my vehicle. I have discovered things on my vehicle that was not their before I tooke my vehicle into your shop. Their is over spray on my vehicle and scratches and buff marks on my tail lights. I also found other scrathers on my 2013 Dogde Durango. I was referred by my insurance company and I am going to let them know how unpleased I was with the service. I was given a free basic carwash that did nothing for the inside of my vehile an some touch up paint for that I say thank you.

I used cubbage collision upon reccomeandation of my geico insurance provider for EXPRESS repair service. I dropped my car off on Sept 22 monday late afternoon. My final estimate was not completed until Sept 26. Work did not begin on my car until Sept 28. This was horrible!! I had to rent a car for one week extra unecessarily!!! Each time i called the onsite claim adjuster and the shop during this time frame....i was told that work had begun on my car when it was in fact still in the estimate phase!! I was lied to by the onsite claims adjuster Tim Turner as well as the body shop. I did not even find out about the dates until they were posted on the geico website after the bodyshop was paid!!! Go figure. I specifically told Tim Turner I do not want my car to be sitting on the lot idle...if needed i could just tow car to shop when they are ready to begin work!! It specifically says on geico site that all estimates should take no more than 30 min to **** day when a customer brings there car in person to a geico affiliated repair facility. Pictures were taken of my car on the morning of Sept 23...the day after I brought my car in. However the estimate was not completed until Sept 26 when it should have been completed on Sept 23rd and work should have been started the same week!! If they were not able to start work until later they could have told me when i kept callig to check on the status of the car instead of lying to me telling me my car is being worked on!! This is not good customer service on from body shop or Tim Turner working for Geico.
