Friendly employees and a seamless experience. Very well done. My only suggestion would be to work on the texting program. I received multiple reports that my car would be done on 5/10 23hrs after the last such update, I received one saying the car was done (7 days earlier than the text said). That was at 8am, but the car wasn't really done until 5pm. Also, I was annoyed to be woken up by a text at 7am on a Saturday to ask me to take this survey. Having a survey text going out at mid-day would be better. Thank you for the great work. Hopefully, I won't be back but I will recommend you to friends!
