My issues were not so much with south east collision as with the handlers for parts for my car. I waited an additional 2 weeks for my car to be returned to me because the parts that were to go on my car were not delivered at the time that was reported to me. And now that I have my car back I still have parts that have to be put on that I am waiting for. The people at south eat collision are very friendly from the time I walked through the door. The explained everything that they did to my car and showed me any issues that they were not able to resolve. The car was cleaned and tested twice. A detailed explanation of all problems they had and issues that still remained to be handled were given to me. Their attitude and quality service made the extra two week wait easier to deal with. They appeared professional and friendly each time I called to get an update. When I didn't call they called me to explain problems they were having and to get my authorization to go forward with solutions. They stayed late on weekends to fix things and worked with my schedule and made it convienent for me to receive my car back. All said they were a great group and I would definitely use them again as well as recommend them to family and friends.

My wife and I had the best experience we could have asked for. Everyone at Southeast Collision was so friendly and had our vehicle in and out very quickly. They handled all of the paperwork for us, all we he to do was drop off the car, and pick it back up. Our vehicle looked brand new once they were finish. We highly recommend Southeast Collision.
