You might try to reconcile a discrepancy in time..i.e.in all the emails I received my car was on track to be ready by x date at 5:30 p.m. Naturally I thought you were open until then. However when I rec'd the phone call tell me the car was ready and I could come pick it up, I was told the office called at 5:00. I had to completely change my plans as to how I was going to pick up the car.

There are scratches on my door handle, right rear panel, trunk area, and silver molding underneath right rear passenger window. Rubber molding on rear passenger window is discolored. Rear passenger window has some type of residue on glass. Passenger side rear wheel has paint over spray on it. My vehicle has more scratches on it then it did before I brought in. My wife and I are definitely NOT satisfied with this repair work!!
