Great service will definitely choose you all again for any body work on my vehicles

My vehicle was at Casey Collision to repair and paint scratches and some minor damage to the passenger side. After 2 weeks, I was contacted that it was ready for pickup. I arrive and noticed that the paint job on the areas that were repaired were visibly dull compared to the rest of the vehicle. I also noticed that the paint had an orange peel effect. The problems were so obvious the employee (Kevin) was able to see it himself. It boggles my mind that Casey Collision would attempt to even return someone's vehicle with such obvious problems with their workmanship. Had I not observed the poor work, they would have allowed me to drive off the lot like that. Kevin said that he would contact Nick, the representative responsible for my vehicle, and let him know of the problems that needs to be corrected. Nick was my representative yet I never met him before and only dealt with Josh, and Kevin. I had to now leave my vehicle for additional work (wet sanding, buffing, and whatever else went into getting the vehicle even close to matching). 3 weeks went by at this point and finally I get a call that the vehicle is ready for pickup again. I arrive a second time for pickup only to be greeted with an attitude from the lady behind the counter. She looks at me and says, how may I help you? I say I'm here to pick up the Honda Odyssey. Her response was a blank stare at me. I say what information would you need ma’am? She goes, who are you? (with an attitude). I say you didn't ask me that, you asked me how may I help you and when I respond to that question, picking up the Honda, you just looked at me like I'm supposed to know what comes next. She mumbled over her words a few times to finally get me the paperwork and my keys. Overall, a very poor experience from not only the crappy work, but also a lack of professionalism from the employees.
