I am really pleased with the service I received from the body shop and I am really greatful that if my vehicle has any issues that they are able to take it back and repair it since the repairs are guaranteed for life. Thanks again

Quick service. Informative when I asked questions. Consistent updates were supplied and information pertaining to the claim was easily accessible. Aliotos' staff were competent, thorough and courteous, most especially the woman, whose name I have unfortunately forgotten, in the main office. Coming from a young woman's perspective, I would recommend using Aliotos' services again. In regards to the cost of service, I think it best to mention I was not required to pay for services rendered and, therefore, cannot fully speak to the overall cost of repairs.

We mainly worked with Ken at this experience. Since day ****, he has been professional, courteous, and caring. After we had dropped off our car, my husband ended up in the hospital. When the car was ready to be picked up, I needed someone else to help me drive the car home. I asked if one of the employees can help me with driving the car home (which was only 10 minutes away) and I would drive the employee back to the garage. Ken did not hesitate and helped me out. Angel was kind enough to do me the favor. My experience with Alioto's have always been exceptional. I love the people I have come in contact with.
