The body work looked great and was delivered under the timeline that was promised. I also really appreciated the status update emails that I received every couple of days, as it was a great way to know that everything was on track.
Never fun to get into an accident, but the team did a fantastic job of making the repairs as easy and hassle-free as possible.

Everything was great. I did find it weird that the adjustor said it wasn't covered because it was "property damage", but then Geico on the phone said that because I wasn't at fault it was collision, not property damage. Maybe there was a miscommunicaton? Not sure. Either way besides that everything was great and it was all sorted out.
