Very friendly office mgr/svc writer. Fast service. Work appears to be good. Cleaned entire exterior well. Was charged $209 extra to prep and prime bumper cover prior to repaint, which still makes no sense given prep obviously precedes finish. Didnt reinstall front license plate bracket; left it on passenger side floor for me to do, w/o dealer plate that was on car, or screws to reinstall. Four of five stars, tops.
