The service I received from service king was unprofessional. I called service king and State Farm numerous times about what should’ve been fixed in my car. To make matters worse when they painted my car I had clear instructions on whether or not they should paint it. I told Kim to only paint if they had an exact match. She told me they would and later found out from Derrick that they didn’t and they painted it anyway. Terrible service and will not recommend to anyone looking for professional service.
