Hi we brang our car back but the door wont open when we put the key in. We cannot get in the car at all. You guys sre closed on Saturday-Sunday and I have places to go, so whats going to happen? Im very flustered with this situation. Since I cant bring the car you guys need to come to my house on Monnday and you need to take responsibility on why my car isnt opening. Only thing about CARSTAR I found displeasing was an Email - advising 'an email would be sent'
WOW! Wouldn't you be Happy to receive an Email to say "Oh! We're going to send you an Email, but you can Opt Out if you act now."
Yes, I Opted OUT of 'receiving Email advising that Email Will Be Sent'.
