I have two children, one who has specials needs and they worked to accommodate me by emailing me when communicating rather than calling and they were flexible when I needed to drop of the rental car there and they called the rental car place to come get it, rather than taking it to the rental car place myself and having the rental car place drop us off there with two kids, two car seats and a stroller. I appreciate that they were flexible with the car drop off time and they had the car ready by the date it was promised and even kept me informed about the status through email.

The car is fine now and the repair is complete. I am now satisfied with that. I am not satisfied with the "repair experience" as it had to get redone due to wrong paint color and bad workmanship. The lack of communication was the worst part of this experience.
