I appreciated the courtesy with which I was treated and the fact that my car was cleaner when I picked it up than when I left it. Also, the repair itself is invisible.

Although initially thought I would be able to get my car back on 9/14, it was later amended to 9/18. However, they seemed to prioritize it, making special effort to finish it as early as possible. They had it ready on the 14th as originally planned!! The coordinator was very helpful and courteous throughout, as were others at CarStar.

The actual repairs were done amazingly! The repair was bid to take 8 days but was extended twice to send back parts. The repair ended up taking 14 days (I like that they did not settle for bad parts). They did offset the cost of the rental car for the extended repair time which was a great way to make up for the extension. The actual repair and the constant communication, I am extremely happy with. The expectation of an 8 day fix turning to 14, I can get over because it was done right and the customer service was excellent.
