From the very beginning your customer service is very good and very appreciated! When I arrived for the estimate you called me by name and knew my car needs without me having to say anything. You had the paperwork in your hand and knew all the details as you confirmed them with me. When you started working on the car we appreciated the daily updates . And so so so appreciated it getting done on time!!! And the work you did is flawless!!! It truly looks brand new!!! Excellent work!!! And then you went even further and washed and vacuumed the car!!! If you are Veteran and have USAA they will treat you right. From the moment I put in my claim until the day I picked up my vehicle I was informed of the progress. They will either call or text, I chose the text messages. Even if your not a Veteran this place will treat you right. Got my car back all in great shape better than new, seeing that it was only 8 months old. Looks like it did when I rolled it off the lot.
