Originally I was given a completion date of Thursday. Then on Thursday I was given a date of Friday. On Friday I was given a date of Monday. I had plans to go out of town and needed my truck to carry things and the rental car was not sufficient. So I suffered for my truck not being ready in time.

I was well pleased with the customer service as well as the repair service I received on my 2015 Jeep grand Cherokee. Signature Collision even went the extra mile and installed a side view mirror I purchased as a courtesy. The repairs were made faster than I ever expect and the work was immaculate.

When I arrived they were expecting me, Gloria, Stan and Daryl ( who works with Enterprise) were professional, efficient, and made me feel like I was at home. They kept in contact with me regarding my time line of repairs and cost. The turn around time was not long at all. When I arrived again they were ready for me and the wait time was shorter than a red light it seemed. I would recommend this establishment to anyone in need of a collision center. Ms Gloria was great. A very pleasant person. The repairs done to my car was done earlier than expected. I’m a little disappointed at the quality of the repair done on my car. I noticed a little imperfection on the work done when I got home and looked closely at the bumper. The gap where the back bumper attaches to the rest of the car is uneven and a little wider than I remembered it to be before the accident. And I can the inside of the car through the gap.
