Mossy Nissan did not repair my car on time. They waited more than 2 weeks before even looking at my car. They charged my credit card for the car rental instead of billing my insurance. When I followed up with Mossy Nissan El Cajon, where I originally dropped off the car and got my car rental, they refused to assist me so I called the manager Mike Hoefler. Mike refused to wear a mask despite the state mask mandate law. He also refused to take any responsibility for the car rental fees despite the car being rented from their location. I am never doing business with Mossy Nissan again.
