I am very pleased with the service that Mossy Nissan has extended to me. I guess that's why I keep buying Nissans. Unfortunately, this was the second time that I had to use the Mossy Collision center. This time I was in a accident after just purchasing a 2013 Altima the damage was bad i thouhht for sure they would not be able to fix but Rafael Torres my service advisor was very professional, efficient and patient with me. He made a very bad situation for me turn in to please pleasant experience with confidence and ease. Thank you Jenene H

THE ONLY THING I WOULD MENTION , IS MY WINDSHIELD WAS CRACKED. THE COLLISION REP TOOK CARE OF IT. I FELT IT SHOULD'VE BEEN REPAIRED BEFORE, I RECIEVED THE CAR.

When I was contacted by the collision center that my vehicle was ready, it wasn't. I noticed some scratch marks and addressed these concerns to the manager, the manager was apologetic, but who wants to hear excuses. I expected my vehicle checked by someone and ensured it was in fact ready. The manager attempted to provide me with a rental, it was a nightmare. I was required to us MY credit card as a deposit for something that was totally on Mossy Nissan, more excuses! The manager from the collison center later called me and advised that my vehicle was ready. When I arrived my vehicle was not ready and I was required to wait! More excuses! The service was totally unprofessional and I am very UNSATISFIED with the service. At this point I would NOT recommend Mossy Nissan Collison Center to anyone!
