I am extremely satisfied with the work done on my car. Work was done in a timely manner. The staff was very professional and I was given updates of repairs.Kavita was always courteous and helpful in this process. I also was very excited about the immaculate condition in which the was returned.. I highly recommend your repair shop and greatly appreciate its cleanliness and organization.

I had a great experience with Depalo & Sons. Each person I spoke with was pleasant and friendly. Time and care was taken to explain the work that was going to be done and although I was pretty sure the repairs would be straight forward, they made sure to provide the "worst case scenario".
The best part was that my car was ready before the estimated time-when does that ever happen?!
USAA referred me to Depalo & Sons, but I would gladly recommend them to anyone who needs body work done on their vehicle. Overall, a very pleasant experience!

My experience with Depalo was great. The only thing I'd like to see improved was that when delivery of my car was delayed by a week I did not receive an explanation as to why. I understand delays happen and the car looks great and everyone was so nice but I would have liked to know why it was delayed.
