It took ****.5 months for the parts to come in. After waiting a month without hearing anything, I called for a status. The parts were still on order. I called again 2 weeks later and was told that the parts arrived the previous day and that they didn't have an opportunity to call me. You HAVE to manage customer expectations much better. I can be very patient and reasonable, IF I get some idea of what to expect, but this required far too much work on my part to chase down details. The fact that the repair was substandard (noticeable paint drip) at first and that I needed to return to get it fixed was just too much to believe. The final result was PERFECT, but, my gosh, what a pain in the neck! Anyway, everyone was very nice about it and in the end, my only complaint was that you didn't proactively manage my expectations.

Only suggestion is that for a repair when parts are being waited for it might have been possible to organize it so that an initial assessment was done, parts ordered and vehicle returned to me while waiting for parts to arrive ... would have only been out of my hands for 2 days rather than 8 days :) But very happy with the service provided.
