Pam was great.. She made perfect suggestions to help me make best decision. The car was a mess and her and the crew did a great job resolving all that and beyond what I had expected in returning the car very clean and with great respect to it's contents.

There was adjustments made after the original pick up date as the pieces didn't lay properly. The second time I picked up, it was how it should have been.
I also wish there was a little more communication. My car was in the shop for 8 days and I got one phone call and two texts.

Good story to tell here. On my last repair I had one feedback which was that the delivery was a little late. On this recent visit not only did your staff acknowledged that, but also tried to work on improving, built a personal relationship with me, and overall gave great service. Dont find many business who value customer feedback to this level. Certainly a keeper from a repair perspective. Nikki and the GM were great in dealing with, and I will refer you guys to other friends.
