They were very courteous and professional. I was very happy that they attended to a problem after picking up the vehicle from repair in which there was some kind of a noise on the passenger side of the vehicle. The tech, Luke, and manager drove around with me for 45 minutes or so trying to identify where the difficulty was. Eventually the problem was found. Whatever it was that was loose was tightened and the problem resolved. I appreciate their effort to satisfy the customer and to assure that the job was done completely and to my satisfaction.
The office woman, Melissa was also quite courteous and very congenial.
