They didn’t get to repair my jeep due to it being totaled. If I were ever to have to use an auto body shop again it will definitely be them. Their communication and compassion for my situation was amazing and they made a tough experience easier for me.

We left two messages regarding concerns 3 days after the repair was done. I had to call back (now the 3rd message). The car had to be continuously jump started after sitting for 4+ hours and I had a sulfur smell venting into the cab. These issues were not present before the accident. You communicated well while service was performed but dropped the **** after you got paid. There was no effort to take a look and revisit the problem. I have taken the car for inspection and service elsewhere.
Good business is good communication before, during and after the sale.
