I have lacked a go-to auto body guy, and I've left disappointed at many of them (I have lots of auto repairs ... I'm not the best driver). This experiecne at Lehman's was so, so much better than anything else. The manager (I think?) talked me through each repair, got me a quote, called me to discuss things, emailed a paper copy, and then took the time to discuss what could be done by myself in case I didn't want to pursue repairs through them. This was all outstanding and I'll definitely be back.
