Customer service was amazing, very friendly and willing to listen to concerns! They did take longer than stated, but were very apologetic and friendly about it.

There are scratches on around the roof of the car that weren't there before. Also have some spots on the roof that look like crap, how did that not get seen? Who is in charge of Quality Control. Whomever it is, it seems like it was a rush job trying to push my car out to get paid. Not happy nor satisfied. I may never ever come back to Paceline. I think I would rather drive to Service Kings in Round Rock.
