Natalija, the Receptionist was amazing and on point. It was her courteous customer service and prompt feedback that assured me that everything was going to be taken care of with my vehicle. It's really hard to find that type of good customer service skills these days!! She treated me like a person, like family and communicated with me on status and updates about my vehicle while it was in shop via text msg and via phone. I almost went back to Caliber Collision, but Natalia's friendliness and can do attitude really caught my attention. She even explained to me the procedures and operations of Paceline and how you all operate with professionalism. She is a vital asset in your paceline shop. Natalija is very knowledgeable and took her time to explain to me how the procedure works with my insurance and payments. She did excellent in communicating with Enterprise Rentall, my insurance etc. I was friustrated due to my vehicle being in an accident. I thank God she was your front desk personnel. I'm very satisfied and grateful for Natalija and your Paceline employees for repairing my vehicle.
