I found the daily updates very helpful and eased anxiety on how my car was getting along. I also found enterprise being next-door extremely convenient. All your staff is super friendly and helpful. And lastly having my car cleaned out inside and out was wonderful surprise. I would recommend you. Awesome job.

The work that was done on the front passenger fender looked great. But who ever put my van in the parking lot left my lights on and when I left the van would not start and I had to get some there to jump my battery. The gentleman came out right away, however the light should not have been left on and when you have to jump a battery it wears down the life of it. My battery is only 2 ****/2 years old.

Sarah gave us great customer service! She made sure our vehicle was available for pickup before the weekend and first thing On Friday morning so we could go on our out of town trip. Also, the picture and progress update information was echos the A+ customer Service that Car Star Troy provides. Enterprise rental car being next door was super convenient, and an easy transaction.
It is obvious that quality is paramount at Car Star Troy. Our vehicle looks brand new. You would never even know that our bumper was damaged. The repair gets an A+!

Just noticed last night 12/18/17 the black rubber molding around the repaired side panel above the tire is hanging loose. I thought, how could this be when we have not driven the car much since last Thursday. Then after running my fingers inside the metal molding, one if the brackets to hold the trim in place is loose and moves easily. I know this was unintentional, but still of concern about the work and what about final inspection. We are out of town, but will be stopping by Saturday to see if you are open for someone to check and correct.

Repairs were great! Personnel (Sandy) was very professional and competent. We were happy that the operation of the door and the problem was fixed. The only complaint was how dirty the inside of the car was when we got it back. It was clean when we took it in and very dusty on the inside when finished! We had to go home and clean it.
