Had to take it in four times and it's still not fixed right. They also crashed into my car on the lot so I can't tell which problems are from original accident and which from what TriState did to it. Kristen the adjuster tried to keep them from replacing damaged part and got rude and hateful when I even tried to discuss it. They also put a part in wrong,tried to fix it once,car still not right. When I tell them what the car is doing, they don't listen or write it down. I spoke to the service mgr and he seemed clueless. They were supposed to order part six weeks ago and no one knows whether they actually did! I spoke to Kristen hoping she could check on in but no luck. While in waiting room talked to other customers w similar problems w TriState,bad service etc I tried to be patient because I know mistakes happen but this is becoming a nightmare. No accountability whatsoever, from Geio or TriState.
