I was notified that the vehicle was ready on 9/6, but it was not in fact ready until 9/12
My issue was with the lack of communication. The repair work seems very good so far

On 3 Aug my vehicle was not ready some of the damage was still visible. So l had to remove my personal items, and l noticed how clean my vehicle was. On 6 Aug my car had dirty paper on the driver's side and dust on the seats.

Always a great job. I seem to have the worst luck with my car in terms of people backing into it... but since I've had the unfortunate need to get it fixed 4 times in less than 3 years due to parking lot incidents, I would certainly say Tristate is the best at matching paint, speedy repairs, and doing it right the first time. The paint match has always been impeccable, as is the updates and time to repair given the damage. I will continue to use this shop, even though my fiance and I have since moved 30 miles away due to the quality of the work.
