We were satisfied with Carstar, but not completely. Their customer service was excellent, and we believe they've done a good job on repairs, but it took 2 months to get our car back, and it was twice the estimate, going from 5k to 10k for the repairs. I understand that things come up, and there is sometimes more damage than first seen, but if this wasn't our 3rd car, and if our insurance wasn't covering it, this would have been unacceptable.
