Overall: OUTSTANDING, GOT PROGRESS REPORTS DURING REPAIRS. FINDING A REPLACEMENT BUMPER COVER TOOK SOME TIME, BUT IT WAS WORTH WAITING FOR. A NICE TOUCH WAS PUTTING MY EMERGENCY CAR KEY BACK INSIDE A SECLUDED SPOT OF THE CAR.
Suggestion for Improvement: CONSIDER COST OF REPAIR VS. VALUE OF CAR, THEN DISCUSS OPTIONS WITH OWNER. USAA POUNCED ON OPPORTUNITY TO DECLARE SUBARU A TOTAL LOSS BECAUSE REPAIRS COST $150 MORE THAN USAA SAID CAR WAS WORTH. ACCIDENT DAMAGE WAS MINOR, CAR CONTINUED RUNNING EVEN BEFORE REPAIRS, BUT NOW IT IS RUINED AS A TRADE-IN OR SALE.
