The customer service is the eorst I have ever experienced. I would not recommend anyone to the West Covina location. They should notify the customer prior to get authorization to do any additional repairs that are not covered within the initial consent. I have beem doing business with Seidner's for about 8 yrs. The most unsatisfactory experience in my life at West Covina Seidner.
