Repair took longer than expected. A 3 day job turned out to be a 10 day job due to miscommunication with the insurance. Picked up my vehicle and bumper wasn't aligned. Trunk liner inside was loose and with a tear. Waited 45min for them to fix it and avoid coming back later.

I came in contact with Jim, he was very kind. I also came in contact with Jessica. Jessica was very sweet and understanding, especially because I came in with Nona who has dementia. I was beside myself because Nona was having a melt down; Jessica seeing this started pushing Hertz and Enterprise to rush them which I really appreciated. I also loved the communication. I never had to wonder where they were as far as what was going on, I was kept abreast every step of the way!
