I liked that I received an email everyday letting me know what progress was being made. When I picked up my car I was VERY pleased with the results. Keith showed me what had been done, went over all the paperwork with me, explaining everything. Everybody that I dealt with was very professional and kind. I have always recommended Geico and will continue to do so. Thank you for a good experience under a difficult situation.
