ALL employees need to greet everyone walking throughthe door with kind manners!! If an appointment was made, the customer needs to be told whom is handling their paperwork (who they are there to see). When an employee has paperwork for that customer, that employee needs to call the customers name & introduce themselves & whom they are pertaining to the work being done!! I was not thrilled at how the 2 male employees conducted themselves before, during, after my appointment including when I picked up my vehicle, The guys whom worked on my vehicle did an awesome job!
