Everything was great. If I have one criticism, it's that you over communicate. Your email system lets you know exactly what is going on, but, sometimes it's ahead of reality. We got an email that the car was ready, but it was a full 8 hours ahead of the actual fact of the situation. Fix that, and you will be at 100% satisfaction, instead of just 95%

I was completely satisfied with my Carstar experience. Drop-off and rental car was very convenient and even though it took longer than expected, they kept me informed along the way. My vehicle looked and drove great after the repairs. So far I would definitely recommend services to others.

You guys are awesome! I couldn’t be more thankful for the work you did to my 4Runner. Not only did you replace what was damaged but you guys went above and beyond to ensure that every little bit of glass was removed from my car. As a mother with a 2 year old child, that means more to me than youll ever know! I feel confident putting my baby in the car and not have to stress that there’s going to be a loose piece of glass laying around. From communication to repairs, you guys went above and beyond.
