I was extremely happy with my experience up until I picked up my car. I had to ask for someone to go over the work with me, the person who helped had no idea what was done and when I had concerns relating to a mark & the heat, nothing was done. I felt like Carstar was done with their part, received payment and that's it. It went from a great experience and me telling everyone about great service and information to quick disappointment at the end.
