Thank you to Joe for making sure that quality repairs were made despite the insurance company’s difficulties and demands. Our son’s (precious) car was brought back from the brink of extinction and looks amazing. He is knowledgeable and professional. He kept us appraised at every step, so we could proceed with confidence. Also, Melissa at the front desk went out of her way to assist when the insurance company was at it’s worst. When looking at my car at first after the accident it only looked like a little dent was put in the hood. Until Joe pointed out all this other stuff that was done to it to. He even called me after I dropped it off and told me about more he discovered after work had been started. Picking up my Rosie yesterday.... She looks beautiful. She did have a little bit of a hiccup for sitting for a week and I had the manager Miguel take her for a test drive and run a diagnostic test on her and shes absolutely fine.
