Very unsatisfied with this experience taking our car to your shop. With LED lights being broken. Having our car for almost 20 days for a bumper to be Fixed.. and our clear bra taking 2 days to do because mikes autobody failed to take car to the appointment time. Pushing back the estimated delivery of our car.

I do think the trunk latch needs some adjusting, but all in all everything seems fine. My husband did notice the trunk and number color seems a shade off compared to the rest of the vehicle.

I’ve previously had great experiences at mikes auto body. My car would come back clean and detailed with a fresh wax on it. It made everything better like the accident was behind me. Well this experience was awful. The guy who was working on my car, I believe his name is Jesus, was hardly in contact with me. I dropped of my car on Monday 10/8 was told I would hear from someone within 48 hours of dropping off the vehicle. Did not hear from anyone. I called on Thursday and Haley at the front desk told me Jesus went home for the evening but she’ll have him call me tomorrow (Friday). Friday came around and I did not hear from anyone. I called on Friday and let Haley know I’ve still not heard from him. She said he’d gone home for the evening again and she’d have him call me Monday. I asked if there is a status on my car she said no there no notes and all it says is that they are still in the disassembly process. Waited until Monday, finally get a call from Jesus at 7:41 in the morning. He said that the estimate has gone up etc my car would be ready Friday. Friday rolls around and I come to pick up my car and another person walks me out to my car and doesn’t seem like he wants to explain anything to me he walked me to my car and inched away like he had other stuff to do. My car was dirty. When I bring my car to an auto body shop I expect it to be clean. This is the SECOND time my car has come back to me and I’ve left irritated that my car is dirty and the dirty paper mats are left in my car. I just had work done on my car previous to this accident and let that horrible experience slide but I’m really sick of it. I’m really turned off by this location and am probably never going to get work done with Mike’s Auto Body ever again.
