Well almost. I went to pickup the car and was told the wrong mud guard had been delivered. Mistakes happen and I chose to then take my car and will return to have it fixed. Otherwise a very fine experience.
You counter staff especially the very nice blonde woman (sorry I forget her name) was very efficient and professional. I would definitely refer Mike's to others.

Picked up my car and immediately after I paid my deductible and drove off I heard a rattling noise so I drove home popped the hood and it smelled like burnt coolant and noticed that some hoses were not connected and the air intake as well as the engine cover were not bolted on. For as much time they had my car you would expect they could of at least checked before I left with an unsafe car. Never will I return here or refer anyone. THANK YOU MIKES AUTO BODY.

The customer service was excellent and the repair looks great, but I thought I would get my car back washed as I have at other auto body shops. I was looking forward to getting it back nice and clean so of course I was disappointed that it wasn't. That's the only reason why I'm not completely satisfied. You guys don't have to call, I just wanted to let you know so hopefully the next customer can leave completely satisfied.
