I was happy with Nate who dealt with me. I was not happy with the detail of my car. I brought my car in for service and washed it before o brought it. When I got it back, I was told it looks great and has been cleaned and detailed. The actuality was the hood had left over polish and the windshield also had left over polish and was dirty. I was upset since I brought the car in cleaned. Also there is some rough spots on the paint and head lights like that stuff that falls from trees, those little sap dots. So for that reason I am not completely satisfied.

When getting home I realized the door handle guard is bubbling and does not match the other three on the truck. It was put on poorly and is bubbling. It is clear plastic and the other guards are black. Also the door protector on the side of the door was not put on evenly and the top corner is lifting. Other than that the repair was done well.

3 things that grabbed my attention and could potentially benefit your growth:
****-Be sure dont use cell phones while customers are in the front desk. Work related or not, it comes off as unprofessional.
2-This may not be in your control but the wait times are a little excessive. 2-3 days is what I was expecting and was told from other shops but USAA ensured that you guys would come through and you did. But again, not as long of wait.
3-If you tell someone "your car will be ready by... it is ready for pick up..." be sure to have it READY. It's embarrassing to take off early from school and have a person available to give me a ride and then be told "something is not right and your car needs to be picked up another time". Again, double checking the work before you tell someone 'its ready for pick up' is my point.
