I felt the process went extremely smooth. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly. I appreciated the ride back to my house by the parts guy. I was always kept informed during the process, which I appreciated.

Communication was interesting. I had talked to Someone if I could get my car in 4 days on Friday or Saturday I was told that would not be an issue. But it took over 6 days. I was using public trans during time. I got texts but it didn't tell details I thought I had sign up to called and told updates but that didn't happen. I think I might have gotten lost through cracks. Also my tail gate seems hard to close and I really don't want to bring it back because I can't lose my car for extend time again. You all did a nice job I don't know I just feel the communication could have been better.
