These people are great. They take a traumatic event and make it so easy to deal with. Every aspect from car rental to repair to texting along the way is spectacular. I will never forget this great experience.

My stick shift in the Miata has peeling leather. I always treated it with care to make it last. When I got it back it was completely destroyed and now I have to purchase and new shift knob. I am annoyed because I had made it last, and just having it there for a little bit caused me to have to get a new one.
