The whole experience was quick and easy, and the work was done well. I appreciated the regular communications and updates. The only improvement would be that initially I emailed a reply to the preliminary quote to ask for an appointment, but never received a response. I ended up calling by phone a few weeks later to finally make the appointment. So better responsiveness by email would be appreciated. Thanks.
