The management must show their appreciation to Bob Gelske. After dealing with the worst customer representative I had ever come across in Vanessa, Bob turned the situation around for me. He took responsibility, empathized with me, made me feel he cares for my car as much as he cares for his vehicle. A perfect gentleman. It is a well known study that 75% of the customer dissatisfaction can be solved by speaking with them. Bob did exactly that. If it were for Vanessa, i wont be driving my vehicle today, would still be repenting my decision to take my vehicle to Gillman and Gillman would have been a case study for bad service quality to the students I teach. On top of it I would have made an official complaint to BBB and to an American Honda Executive apart from my Case Manager at Acura. I also want to appreciate the efforts of, Mike the service foreman, he drove all the way to my home and took care of other issues that I found later. He was patient, jovial, taught me things that the sales people didnt do when I got my delivery from the dealership. In short Chris you are blessed with Bob and Mike. Keep them, pay them well, they will bring returns to your business. Will I take my vehicle for service to Gillman? Yes as long as Bob works there. Will I take my vehicle to Gillman Collision? Absolutely not. Nor will my friends. I am abstaining from partaking in their survey (or google, yelp, facebook or twitter) because there are other responsible people who work there and want their organization to succeed. Will I buy my next Acura from Gillman? April already indicated that she doesnt want me as a customer anymore. So Perhaps no. Whats my next vehicle? Acura I assume this survey is not public. If not please feel free to edit the name of the individuals whom I dont have much good things to talk about before releasing it to public.

They said they competely fixed my car. But after driving away with the car it was obvious something was not right. After I told them the metal object that was on the free must have done damage to my suspension. THey didn't even take a look under my car. The whole right side suspension was jacked up. Yall did not do your job to the fullest and I had to pay.

I will never bring my car into Gillman again. I was treated rudely and not communicated with in an efficient manner, not to mention that the repairs took an entire WEEK longer than I was quoted. Mike in the service department never called back to communicate why my car was making a knocking sound and the girl who checked me out in the collision dept didn't seem to know what she was talking about and made a rude comment. Also, for the second time I came in a row my car was not cleaned after the service. You have lost a customer.

I appreciate that the car actually done before the promise date and that your shop could return my rental car (since the rental car company was not open on Saturday). The car seems to be running well and is nice an clean. I am happy to have it back.

Everyone was very nice. Work looks good. Only problem I had was got a text at noon saying it was ready but would get a call. Never received call but went at 4:30 to pick it up. Hadn't been washed so they ran it thru. Could've done a better job but guess they were pressed for time.

I have a vertical scratch on my passenger back side right behind door plus horizontal scratches on back bumper underneath tail light that was not there when i dropped it off almost 3 weeks that they now claim was there. As well i didn't just come to gillman that is where i purchased my vehicle from brand new in 2007
